It takes the heat off your shoulders to let property management handle all the details of finding and contacting tenants. This includes collecting rent payments, handling repairs and maintenance, and dealing with all the paperwork that comes along with it. The burden is even greater if you have little or no previous experience with it or cannot manage the workload yourself.

We offer complete management services such as marketing, leasing, tenant screening, documents, accounting, maintenance, and handling disputes. The cost ranges between 5 and 10% of the total lease value, depending on the package.

Everything depends on the right price. A property usually rents out approximately within a month if the price is right.

A tenant’s work-related details are verified and valid identification is collected, including copies of their passport, visa, and Emirates ID. A salary certificate, for example, may be required if supporting documents are required.

We conduct check-in and check-out inspections for single units. Routine inspections are also conducted upon lease renewal. 

Our end-of-lease evaluations are conducted when a tenant vacates a property. Both parties will receive a report to determine if any repairs are needed. As soon as this is completed, the property is repaired and maintained before it is remarketed.

Security deposits are typically held by Your Place. As soon as a tenant leaves a property, the property owner deducts repair costs from his security deposit and refunds the remainder.

Our leasing process does not ensure we will avoid all problematic tenants, but we do our part to avoid them. In addition, periodic inspections are conducted to identify or prevent any problem tenants based on proper documentation.

Your local bank account can be used to deposit rent. If there are no utility or service fees, we can provide you with your cash less any miscellaneous payments.

In most cases, a tenant’s security deposit is deducted if the property or part of the property is damaged. Tenants are responsible for paying the rest of the security deposit if the deposit is not enough. The rental dispute center can be contacted in case of disputes.
